Mark VandeHey has been my Personal Trainer for approximately three years now. In this time Mark has continued to re-assess my needs. Even as I grow older, he has helped me maintain my physically active lifestyle. 

This has been accomplished by various exercises that make up my routine, which has taught me to maintain my core, upper body, and lower body strength. This variety of activities has helped me to maintain balance and stability. This has given me the confidence to continue participating in the activities that I enjoy. 

When I started with Mark, I was experiencing pain due to an old shoulder injury. After discussing what my Doctor had diagnosed and an assessment, Mark developed an exercise plan to fit my needs. Within a short period of time, I noticed relief and increased mobility. Today I am pain-free without limitations. 

Mark’s communication skills are excellent. He is able to give fluent explanations concerning the body systems to a layperson. He is always prompt, courteous, and encouraging during all training sessions. 

I am 66 years old and Mark has helped me maintain an active lifestyle.
